No More Suffering in Silence…

Our desire for connection is our most important need, but in an increasingly fractured world it's easy to feel estranged from those around us. From an early age many of us are taught (often inadvertently) by our families, schools, peers, advertisers, and authorities that we’re not enough, that our worth is conditional. These messages may be reinforced through our jobs, relationships, financial, racial, and class status. In the absence of a healthy relationship with the self, we often outsource our worth through unhealthy means like perfectionism, people-pleasing, power over others, or addictive substances and behaviors. In the process, we sacrifice our authenticity and ability to be truly connected, intimate, and emotionally vulnerable. If this sounds like you, you’re not alone…

Therapy Menu

  • Healing Trauma

Painful memories are difficult to face, but I’ll provide a safe place to confront the pain and recover what you’ve lost, while creating a healthy relationship with survival mechanisms like perfectionism, inner criticism, and people-pleasing.

  • Recovery Skills

Whether healing addictions or the wounds of a toxic culture, we can all learn recovery skills like boundary-setting, working with anxiety, and executive functioning. I’ll teach you the necessary skills to live a balanced and empowered life.

  • Sexual Health & Reintegration

I can help you navigate both the short-term repercussions of sexual and relationship betrayal as well as long-term emotional health, intimacy, and sexual integration.

  • Healthy Anger

How do we form a healthy relationship with anger? I can help you learn the skills to deal with resentments, regulate your emotions, or assert your needs in a healthy way.

  • Navigating Conflict

Conflicts with our partners can open some of our deepest wounds. I’ll teach you ways to cultivate presence during conflict, say exactly what you mean, and find healing when you say the wrong thing.

  • Mindfulness

How do we bring mindfulness into stressful situations or to our day-to-day tasks? I’ll teach you to go beyond the meditation cushion and bring mindfulness into every area of your life, even when you’re triggered.
